Render room - no render when resolution changed higher than 1920x985

Hi,

I would like to render project for painting on in other software but after raising resolution, render folder is empty (only render on 1920x985, which is too small for my usage)

Is it a bug, or I'm doing something wrong?

 

 

(testes on multiple 3d coat version 2024.22; 2024.16)

Hello! When you click the Render button does Explorer open? What's in the folder after clicking Show Folder?

are you using the learning license?

Yes it opens
But I have found a solution.

First you have to select lowest resolution that works, then crop it do desire aspect. Click ok, then go back and from drop down select what u want. And it will export a selected size  and lower rays per frame

no. full version

But it shouldn't work like that. You can immediately select the desired resolution. Reported to developer.
