"Smooth all" ignores frozen areas in Surface mode, but not in Voxel mode.

The title pretty much says it all.  Has this always been the case?

I was freezing some geometry, but when applying Smooth All, the frozen mask was disappearing and the entire model was being smoothed.  I was sure I'd done this in the past, so was wondering if I'd forgotten a particular tool or workflow, then I discovered that it worked as I remembered when in Surface mode, just not in Voxel mode.

Is this normal?

Freezing does not work directly with Voxels...unless you select a SURFACE brush. When your SculptTree layer is in Voxel mode, it is in somewhat of a hybrid state. When VOXEL brushes are selected/active, then 3DCoat utilizes Voxels, but when a Surface brush is selected, it will temporarily suspend Voxelization and instead treat the outer, adaptive mesh as a Surface Mesh. So, you can use FREEZE, but you need to keep one of the Surface brushes enabled. Voxels do not have freeze masking because they are volume driven, not mesh driven.
