Question

Im new to textura and wanting to know how to add a texture in Blender to my model and then send

it to textura to paint on top of my original material  and keep both materials. I tried sending the model

using the app link and the material looks grey in textura and in blender when I export it back

to blender. Im using blender 3.6 and the newest version of textura.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I guess I'm not sure what you mean, what do I import and what are the steps please. I'm using

a texture from my asset browser on a model I'm working on right now which has a greeble look

to it and I can see the differences on the model in dark and light gray tones but no color to it.

So if you can could I get the steps I need to do

Thank You!

how to add a texture in Blender to my model

for support on this request please ask for support on the forum blenderartist.com

and then send it to textura to paint on top of my original material  and keep both materials.

Once you have the textures generated on Blender export  as .png file format -as example- and import the model (as obj or fbx) into 3DCTextura

The export png images can be imported and applied to the model as new layers using the command Textures Manu > Import

This video is outdated but the procedure is the same for new versions
