Edit projection in external editor - artifacts

Hi! After going back after painting projection in photoshop I got this weird perforation on texture - dots that have a kind of pattern. What can it be?

strange... what if you try with any default model as sphere or head ?

Its okay with a default meshes, and appears on my models from time to time and I want to know what is the reason behind this... Because I cannot see specific issue

try selecting other padding option on Preferences

Padding? Can you point where, please?

Edit > Preferences > In/Out tab

Sadly, nope, I's a work stuff( 
But I can say it happens on different kind of models but not so often

are using latest version 2024.31 ?

Yup, but it was on older versions before too

or any free model that you could share replicating the issue ?
