Could you include a trash can and a add level icon in the voxel tree panel? Kind of like a Photoshop layer style interface. It's easier to add or delete a layer or level in the voxel panel that waY.

I agree, the "Root" item in the VoxTree is not as clear as the layers panel. Only the + button actually does anything.

It'd be more uniform to hide the Root item and add in a row of buttons to match the layers panel.

I made this in a previous request as well. I think it would really help unify the interface for voxels with the rest of the application.
