How can I reimport a mesh with fixed UVs and save some of my texturing? (Solved)

Hi! I spent a fair amount of time texturing an asset, and only noticed that my UVs were messed up on a certain painting object. I thought that 3DCoat was buggy, and had to realize MY user error. I would love to be able to only reimport that single part of the asset if possible. These painting objects are all part of a single .FBX file

So if anyone can help me on this topic, I'd be greatful. Thanks for any help in advance!

Hey @Carlosan thanks for the tip, in my case unfortunately import UV didn't work because I had to slightly modify the geo in blender, and the vertex count, and vertex IDs became different than what I already had in 3DCoat, BUT! This did work, and I could keep my painting and layer structure thank God!
