We are a small Indie Dev Team of 3, directed by a Designer/Writer of Spec Ops the Line
As the currently sole 3d artist on this project, I was responsible for all tech and 3d art, including custom shaders, characters and environments, from conceptualization to execution. I use 3D Coat as our main tool in the pipeline, for everything from characters to environments to props, utilizing Voxel Sculpting/Painting and the Auto Export feature, which allows us to iterate quickly and work very closely to the final result
Auto Export allows us to spare Retopo and UV-Mapping entirely, and directly, iteratively, conceptualize assets in engine
As well as making use of all the wonderful Voxel tools like 2D Paint and Split, Hide, and more, we established an unusual, custom workflow of what I call: "sculpting towards the outlines".  
 
Our established Art Style would not be possible without 3D Coat, and we are very thankful to the dev team and Andrew who provided us with several fixes and workflow improvements we asked for during production
