Member DiJa Posted June 20, 2025 Member Share Posted June 20, 2025 Hello, I spent alot of time familiarizing myself with 3Dcoat sculpting thanks to the awesome tutorials from Josh Tiefer But I originally bought 3Dcoat as a 3D painting tool because it's my main use, but after customizing my tools and workflow for sculpting I tried going back to the painting room and all my sculpting shortcuts pull me back to the sculpting room, what I mean is I usually use the classic B for brush and E for erase, which in sculpting I have assigned for different brushes, so when I'm in painting room and I want to use the Brush of course I go back to the sculpt room, I really wouldn't want to override my current hotkeys and I was thinking maybe creating independent .hotkey files would solve the problem, but I would have to load everytime I load 3Dcoat. So, TLDR; is there a way to create hotkeys specific for the room we are in? if I'm in painting mode: Hotkey set A, If I'm in sculpt switch to Hotkey set B etc. Thank you!
