Radial menu/Pie menu?

Hey everyone,

I've made this suggestion and have asked about it before. I did see in a video recently that one of the developers were using a pie like menu/radial menu in one of the rooms. I don't know if it's something just being tinkered with, or if it was something special to their own setup (like with a Wacom tablet, or AHP). Has anyone else seen this? Is it going to be in each room?

The problem with setting up AHP, or anything where you need to make hotkeys for everything, is that it's incredibly time consuming, especially if you're trying to mirror the entire functionality of each room. I've tried doing it just for the modeling and retopo room, you have to get extremely creative with the hotkeys. It would be really cool a radial menu was coming to the software. It would allow you to work with more actual screen space, rather than having a lot of it taken up by menus.

We do have the space bar for the quick menu, but it's not the same. Anyone who uses a radial menu knows that when you get good enough at it, you might not even see the menu, it might just be the hold down of a button while you drag your stylus in a pattern from muscle memory. It's very quick and intuitive.

@CarlosanI know you can't give an exact time frame or anything, but do you have any type of idea on a timeframe? Like 6 months, a year?
