Pose tool not selecting thru

Hello

I cannot figure out why the pose tool does not select all the way thru.

I made a sphere and when trying the pose tool it only selects half way.

 

I have selected ...through all volumes..

Where else do I need to look?

Also when I am drawing lines curves how to make sure they are running straight to x,y and z...like cad drawing lines..or like blender it snap to the axis?

is there a way to snap from the middle of your drawing?

Yes, check the Strokes Panel (E) -> Ignore backfaces = OFF

One more question on the pose tool.

I am looking at this video and Anton @1:37min/sec mentions using pose tool and brush...what brush does he means? 

I could not understand this...

This means that only the Pose tool and a brush are used to create this specific shape. No special brush is used here.
