How to fix shading artifacts after importing a retopologized mesh into 3DCoat?

Hi everyone,
I recently imported a retopologized mesh (originally created in Blender) into 3DCoat for texturing, but I’m getting strange shading artifacts on some curved surfaces. I’ve already checked the normals and they seem fine in Blender, but once inside 3DCoat, some areas look oddly dark or faceted.

Does anyone know what could cause this issue? Is it related to the smoothing groups, normal maps, or perhaps the import settings? I’d appreciate any tips or workflow suggestions to fix the shading before I start painting.

Thanks!
