(...)and met the problem to bake a Material-Id map... The model is too complex to handpain the maps.... so im stunned a little

I think the fastest way to create Material ID maps on complex objects would be to use a bucket fill tool in the Paint Room (vertex painting) and take advantage of a function that allows to fill whole objects. That is, If objects from the VoxTree are separated.

Then set the shader to Default, bake, if needed - smooth transition areas with bucket tool w/smooth, and export resulting Material ID maps.

Not bad.

Is the head done? Looks like it is not complede.

 

Yeah ) this is default face ) They are not humans or cyborgs, the are biomehanical parasits and their body just mimic to a human)
