Could you implement a voxel fluid sim in 3D Coat?

I'm a Lightwave user. Lightwave doesn't have a decent fluid water liquid simulation.

Could you implement a voxel fluid sim in 3D Coat? (GPU accelerated and with export to pointoven mdd mesh file format like in Realflow.) A node based editor of the system to attach deflector objects (objects where the liquid bounces off) and extra parameters such as gravity etc... Would be nice. You can implement it as a voxel metaball system. I think 3D coat will be very good at this.
