Somehow, when I try to paint inside cavities ("More on Cavity" mode) I get ugly artifacts in which surface tessellation can be seen... Decrease it to acceptable level to avoid artifacts. I tried that but then it doesn't paint anything... Almost nothing although my brush is set to a very low falloff value and 20% transparency.
