Quadrangulation:3DCOAT DOES NOT UPDATE ROTATED SPACE and global scale

When using "Quadrangulate Object" the quadrangulated result has wrong scale and wrong orientation.

Ok,Ok I made further tests it seems it is the same problem as when using the surface tools in symmetry,

3DCOAT DOES NOT UPDATE ROTATED SPACE (and global scale when using Quadrangulate)

Here is just a simple object rotated and quadrangulated(space is uniform),very easy to reproduce:

ALSO:

Any attempts at using "Quadrangulate and Paint" or "Quadrangulate for Per-pixel Painting"

turn all voxels layers of this file invisible...so 3DCoat ends up baking nothing.

Here is file for you to test( a little big 50mb...but I think problem manifests with Big files)
