Instead of different physical materials (like rubber or different plastics), I wonder if there is a 3D printing service that outputs colors on the models according to what ever color shaders/materials there were in the 3d application? That would be a mass production of what is currently hand painted. Zcorp printers output solid coloured plaster-models. Printing out a textured 3DC model however is not an option.
