Advanced Member michalis Posted May 1, 2010 Advanced Member Report Share Posted May 1, 2010 Thats a strong portrait. What about some modo fur? I guess it is a zbrush sculpt. So you retopo in 3DC and the what? projected the model... its something I never did right.
Taros
Really nice. Did you sculped it in 3dc, too? What about the texture painting?
Advanced Member michalis Posted May 17, 2010 Advanced Member Report Share Posted May 17, 2010 I'm just wondering. Is it so bad to mention the use of 3DC in zbrushcentral? I have the feeling that when posting there you have to avoid this.

Advanced Member michalis Posted June 4, 2010 Advanced Member Report Share Posted June 4, 2010 Its an awesome work, I also admired it in zbrushcentral. And you created a great character, thats very important. These displacements is what I don't like. But this is how dis_maps work in almost every renderer. I don't like this method, not for this king of work I mean. The multi-res method is much better. In any case displacement subdivides the model too.
