"the normal map get placed wrong" the painted and sculped straight lines get wobbly ? how can i fix that.... It seems that 3D-Max splits quads and n-gons in different way that 3DC and distortion occurs. I recommend you delete mesh in paint room, go to retopo, split quads/ngons and bake again.
