blend shape defomer

Hello.

I have recently found UV copy and paste function is super useful.

I can copy UVs from one object to another even if vertex order is different.

I am wondering, if it is possible to apply blend shape between objects with different vertex order by extending this function.

You can create different Blend Shapes in 3D Coat, this way. Whatever sculpting you do to the mesh in the Tweak room, it will be stored in the depth channel of the currently selected layer. You can turn off Morph layers that you don't want to export, and export the current state (in the viewport) as a separate OBJ file.
