Normal map seam

Hi all,

I make content for poser. I love 3d coat, but! I cannot seem to get my models to have no seams when Using a normal map. I know about needing to invert the green channel.

So I export my normal map and re import it into 3dc to flip the green channel. (no option for this on an export.) I have read the manual and believe I have all the settings right

in the retopo room before I merge.

Any help appreciated greatly.
