I can not import anything to pixel paint.

If it works with objects that comes by default but when I try to import something (ob or lwo ) stands still.

I tried it on my two computers (MacPro and MacBook Pro) (ATI and nVidia)

I tried installing previous versions but still the same

Can you help .me?

Tested on two macs Ati/Nvidia.

I think it's a screen refresh problem.

1 .- I try to import an object to pixel painting.

2 .- i can´t see import windows/menus

3 .- Close 3dcoat

4 .- Open 3dcoat again.

5 .- use File/ open recent and select the last file.

Now i can see windows/menus.

you can see it:

videoerror m4v version

videoerror2 mov version

Funny thing is that when I open a second time the 3dcoat.

No window appears on screen only appears when I move the window 3dcoat.

But in the captured video at first appear fron start.!

What scale is your model you want to import?

Im not sure what 3D application you've used for your model, but you could try scaling your model up (or down) 10 times before exporting.

Hello! Thanks for the video, but please specify:

1. Only the latest build of 3D-Coat for Mac OS X (3.7.02C) has this problem? Do you remember the version of 3D-Coat where the problem didn’t exist?

2. Is this bug always reproducable with any of your models or only with particular ones?

1.- I remember 3.5 work fine but I have tried all available versions of the 3.7. (now, 3.5 alerts about changes in the system)

Note: I remember that some earlier versions of 3.7 had worked , but not now. (Any change in some files?)

2.- All imported meshes. (with intro menu and file import) meshes from 3dcoat obj folder and created by me. (simple spheres and big meshes)

Thx.

3D-Coat (starting from version 3-5-24) had been rewritten using Cocoa library instead of Carbon to implement 64-bit support. There were some significant changes which, probably, lead to such issue.
Please perform your last test again, but this time resize the window of 3D-Coat. Do you see the dialog after resizing the window?
