Dissolve
This tool acts as if you are smoothing selected area infinite amount of times. You may dissolve even big details with this tool. Use \"Preserve surface\" option to smooth details but preserve overall surface flow (whenever possible)

Preserve Surface
This option allows to smooth details completely but preserve overall initial surface whenever possible. It will make surface more uniform without sharp plane that usually appears after using this tool without this option
