  1. Thank you. I read through this today and its very much appreciated. I like the look of the HUION H610 pro so ill grab that next if things are uneasy. Also this is a tip for drawing I learned while practicing from product prototyping. If you lock your wrist and only move your shoulder quickly, you can get some very nice smooth strokes. Thanks again.
  2. I have a texture which I've been painting to a model in a scene with 2 models but when I export the texture it's exporting the texture from model 1 and it just so happens that model 2. Which I'm wanting to export doesn't show in the layers list. So how I set this up is like this. I have an existing model which is textured. Rather than spending lots of time doing detailed work on the texture of my new model which is similar. I've decided to use the clone stamp brush to copy most of the details. To do this I have just placed the first model in the scene (Imported) and then Imported it's colour and normals textures. Then I've moved to the sculp tab and imported the same model, made lots of iterations to it and then shifted it right on the scene with the transform tool so that when I tab back to the paint scene I can clone the details of the model on the left to right. Model 2 shows in the Vox tree but not in textures. Thank you for reading
  3. @ Speike-Styles Awesoome. I skimmed through this because it's very late (3AM) here but I'll go through and read this again tomorrow. Thank you for your thoughtful suggestion. Mr Panka. Thanks. I'm glad to see I grabbed the right one and, I did get this cheaper than normal on auction so hopefully the wires not busted. Cheers.
  4. Yes, that's exactly what I meant. Thanks Mr Panka. In the end I scored a Wacom Intuos3 PTZ-630 for $52.80 AUD in an auction on ebay. Which is around $40.51. So hopefully it turns out being a good product.
  5. Oh damn, I didn't realize the Amateur version doesn't give rights to work on my frist indie game and make sales so 3DCoat is actually $494.00 AUD
  6. Thanks. Yinova looks pretty cheap. Unfortunately, I keep saying tablet but I mean to say one of those drawing things you draw on without the screen. I've forgotten the name!
  7. Is there anyone here who has gone through a few different pens/tablets with 3DC and gotten a finger tip feel for them? did any perform better, contain easy short cuts or react nicer than others? or is it fine to just buy any cheap pen from eBay? I did search the forums but didnt see any threads particularly dedicated to good pen/tablets for 3DC. So yeah, please let me know your thoughts.
  8. Ah okay, I'm kinda new to this. I didn't realize the brush strokes were just images which makes a lot of sense. Thanks for the insight. So I can either buy Subsance Designer/Painter for $391.03 AUD or 3DCoat for $130 and then have money left over to by a stylis and tablet. I think I'll go with 3D Coat lol Cheers
  9. Hello, Firstly, I'm really surprised by the price of 3DCoat and quality. I'm using the trial and I find it reaaaallly intuitive and I'm so thankful you guys are letting me save my work before I buy it. I've just got one question before I do that. Right now there's an awesome set of brushes by Micheal Dunnam http://michaeldunnam.com/beta-information/ https://gumroad.com/mdunnam can these be used in 3DCoat too and in terms of Smart Materials. I see "Substance Designer" pop up a lot in these circles. Does 3D Coat have the abillity to use Substance Designed materials. Are these what classify as Smart Materials? Thanks a lot
