Upgrade for this license is already in the cart
This is the message I get when I try to upgrade. But the cart is empty.
Ive tried different browsers, deleting cookies. Same problem over and over.
I asked for help by email a couple days ago but no reply.
I’ve checked in spam folder.
can anyone help please?
