I don't see any problem with 3d Brush, but I'm not a lawyer. My guess is anything you can find will end up with a word or two already used by another company. The best is to combine words which is exactly the case with 3d Brush. Now the more words the less likely the problems arise obviously.

So here's my little contribution if you're not to keep 3d brush

I like 'Art Brush 3D' as well. My only concern with Detailer (which also sounds good) is the old Fractal Design Detailer. Not sure whether Viewpoint corp has any ties to the old Metacreations products anymore.

I also like choover's suggestion '3DB'.

MapZone's node-based approach is pretty powerful (and a fine tool, especially at the price-). Probably it's biggest shortcoming is a good set of truly introductory tutorials to get users up-and-running. Even their 'learning' materials look intimidating as all heck when initially viewed. It wasn't until I took a long, focused, sit-down session with the editor that I even began to get a feel for how to work with the materials, and I still feel like a newbie. Really like it though.
