[[Solved] Issue upgrading 3DCoat 2022 license to 3DCoat 2023 license]

Okay, so I went on the "Concepting in 3D Coat" Discord server and described this there.  Thanks to some very helpful people on that Server, a few things were clarified.

1. The year next to my license was when it was bought and not like the version/build/year of the 3D Coat application I am able to download and run
2. I'm already running 3D Coat 2023 (I use the 3D Coat Update manager to update to the next Stable build as soon as they're available).  I got this from the "Help > About 3D Coat" selection in 3D Coat

I also tried downloading my license from my Profile, and then opening up the license file, copying the License ID straight from there, and pasting that into the "Enter your license key" field, but that also didn't work

Okay, I have a 3DCoat 2022 license that's supposed to let me upgrade for free until 2023-08-17.  However, whenever I try to upgrade, it's not working:

 

When I say I try to upgrade, I go here and click the UPGRADE button:

Which brings up this pop-up

I tried entering the license ID from my profile in that "Enter your license key" box and then clicking the FIND button, but then it just says "Serial not found".  I then tried entering the e-mail associated with my account, but that just said "That is your current e-mail".  So I tried another e-mail address, and that caused an e-mail to be sent to that account with a link to click.  But when I click it, I just get taken here:

Could someone help me with my issue?

[Exported model not having the shader I selected]

So here is my model in 3DCoat:

I export the model by going to File > Export > Export Scene:

If I import the model back into 3DCoat, it still has the red shading.  However, if I import that object into something (like Maya), the model doesn't have any color at all:

Is there a way I can export an object from 3DCoat so that it if I import the model into a different 3D modelling software, it will retain the color?

The software I used to pose my 3D Model (Cascadeur) doesn't seem to support an override default/rest/bind pose.  It's in early access so, maybe it'll be added later.

I used an online converter to convert the .fbx to a .obj and loaded the .obj into 3DCoat, but it's still going to a T-Pose:

What do you mean "exporting as a .obj"?  The software I'm using to pose the model doesn't support exporting as an .obj.

Z-up Coordinate was on by default, so that wasn't the issue:

 

I tried un-checking Z-up coordinate, but that just made the imported model "stand upright".  It was still in a T-Pose (which isn't what I want):

I have 2 .fbx files.  Both are of a model in 2 different poses:

 

 

But then when I try to import either object into 3DCoat, the model goes to a T-Pose:

 

Why does this happen and how can I keep it from happening?  When I import into 3DCoat, I'm in the Sculpt room, and I import the object via File > Import > Import multiple objects
