(I hope this post is suitable for this section) I am a student who bought the Professional 3D Coat license during the summer 2019 sale promotion and stupidly never checked my student email for the confirmation/serial number that may have been sent to the Junk folder (which deletes itself after 30 days). An amount of +300$ CAD was processed through my credit card at the time of purchase (end of July 2019). I am currently having trouble retrieving the serial number and getting in contact with 3D Coat. The Remind Serial section on the 3D Coat website claims that my personal email "was not found in our database" but my student email claims that "the letter with serial was send on email: xxxxx@xxxxxx.ca" I have sent several requests and no emails have appeared in my inbox (focused and other) or junk folders. I have emailed support@3DCoat.com a few times now through my school email and personal email with zero response (I assume that they are sending as I have not received any send errors). I hope somebody can help me get in contact with their support team and/or to help troubleshoot this problem! Thanks kindly!

I have had an email asking me to reconfirm my consent for Pilgway to keep my details, otherwise I won't have access to the site nor any builds, unless I reregister. Except that Norton's is reporting the linked site, via the email button, as a phishing site. I am thinking it is not, but am not going to risk it until someone from Pilgway tells me otherwise. And perhaps if you can fix this. Thanks.

I was checking out the site and had some questions about the software and sent an email to sales@3dcoat.com (from the Company>Contacts page) and immediately got a bounce back saying the message could not be delivered. So, I sent a note to web@3dcoat.com (again, via the Company>Contacts page) about that, but it bounced back too. Maybe a version did make it through, but the bounced back message is a bit disconcerting. Incidentally, my question was regarding the difference between the Pro and Educational versions - requirements and/or limitations. Thanks, and Merry Christmas!
