Advanced Member pixo Posted August 10, 2012 Advanced Member Report Share Posted August 10, 2012 Hello guys, I didn't manage to find the way to set my brush in screen space. By screen space i meant to have the brush always facing the screen and not the normals. It's usefull for the move tool. Thank you, Pixo

Advanced Member pixo Posted August 10, 2012 Author Advanced Member Report Share Posted August 10, 2012 By default the brush is aligned to the normals under the brush. At least, this is my default parameter, and i didn't see any option to control that.
Advanced Member chingchong Posted August 10, 2012 Advanced Member Report Share Posted August 10, 2012 no, by default there is no normal direction with movebrush. Normal direction is only when pressing Ctrl-key and using move brush. The default setting depends somehow on the point of view, with moving along normals you should have a nice extruding, which isnt when you use default brush. Advanced Member pixo Posted August 10, 2012 Author Advanced Member Report Share Posted August 10, 2012 Sorry Chinchong there's some misunderstood. I was talking about the selection not the deformation. Actually what i meant is to deform the mesh like the "Distort Image" Material's option(i m not talking about the crazy interpolation or extrapolation).
