Voxel tubular memory / collision detection painting?

Hola.

Does 3dcoat have the ability to have x,y,z painting, selecting, sculpting, etc? (Like zBrush)?

If so, how or where is this functionality? Or where do I begin?

Also, when voxel sculpting does 3dcoat have any tubular collision detection?

Does it or can it separate out each tube (or branch), be able to pick up and move that tube and or then paint over that last tube?

Like painting a rope around a mesh that can collide over another but still go back and pick out and move (manipulate)

Thanks.
