New Member patchab Posted August 29, 2015 New Member Report Share Posted August 29, 2015 Hello! I am exporting an object from Blender to 3D-Coat for Autopo. However the model is absolutely tiny. I have to scroll in heavily to see it at all. I think the retopo is not working correctly because of the tiny scale. Can anybody please tell me how set the scale of the object? Perhaps with detailled instructions? That would be very nice. I find 3D-Coats menus highly confusing. Thank you.
Advanced Member wilson66 Posted August 31, 2015 Advanced Member Report Share Posted August 31, 2015 (edited) You can just scale the object up (press SPACE bar, select the "Pose" tool, set "Transpose Mode" in the tool properties to "Select Object", click the object to select it, and scale it). You can also set the scale directly upon import. Select File -> New. Click the "Voxel Sculpting" button, and then the large folder icon. Browse to the file you want to import and double-click it. In the Tool Options window, activate the "Import w/o Voxelization" checkbox. Click the "Auto Scale" button, then hit "Apply". Or use the transform widget in the viewport to scale the object manually (take a look at the "Estimated Poly Count" display in the Tool Options window to check what the poly count will be after import).
