New Member CreativeSheep Posted October 21, 2017 New Member Report Share Posted October 21, 2017 Hi I've begun to use 3D Coat and I want to say it's a great 3D sculpting program from someone who was a dedicated Mudbox user whom still uses Mudbox but wanted the extra functionality; 3D Coat fills that hole. There are two things; zBrush U.I I find horrendous compared to Mudbox and 3D Coat, there is speculation that the next version of zBrush may clean it up; this is something the author of 3D Coat needs to jump on, now. Cleaning the U.I of 3D Coat, above anything else; make the U.I cleaner to navigate. 3D Coat gives stiff competition to zBrush and obviously Mudbox, and the price is great when compared to zBrush which has a slow update process, it appears that zBrush updates run bi-annually (update every 2yrs) while Autodesk simply re-brands Mudbox the past two years but nothing changes; Autodesk claims they're going to breath new life into Mudbox but they would have to do a drastic turn overnight, not two years from now. Onto my problem, when right-clicking on a mesh to access the context menu and choosing Export > Export Object, nothing is exported ? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
