[BUG] When using Apple Sidecar the app does not detect properly the release of the tap

Hi, i downloaded the trial of 3D Coat because i wanted to check that everything works with Apple Sidecar.

The issue is that the app does not seems to detect properly the usage of the apple pencil.

How to repro:

Select the tool move from the category adjust. Then tap your mesh using your apple pencil and now do a tap outside your mesh. For some reason the app detect this as if you dragged the pencil from the mesh to outside the mesh instead of detect two different taps.

There are other issues like when you want to using the gizmos for moving your mesh, you need to double tap the icon in order to work. it's like if the first tap is on the previous location.

Btw, i have tested the behavior of other 3D in order to be sure that Apple Sidecar was working properly and that apps detects properly the taps with the Apple Pencil.

 

Specs:

  • OS: Mac OS X 10.15.4
  • 3D Coat Version: 4.9.41(GL64)
  • iPad OS: 13.3.1
  • Apple pencil first gen
