OFFTOPIC This also shows how much of work is needed to polish modeling tools and entire room. So so slow, way too many clicks, primitive selection tools, tools all over the place.... As I said before, developers of 3Dcoat, download Modo, install it, it is free now, find few Modo tutorials and see what fluent modeling is. Copy 20% of it and you will have amazing modelling room.
Wow, that’s such exciting news! AI modeling is on the rise and will definitely become a trend. Using AI to generate a basic model, then applying reverse modeling thinking to turn it into your desired product model with CAD modeling tools will surely save a lot of time. I’m really looking forward to it!
I did not know about this, cool. I am trialing Plasticity now, trying to figure out if I should buy it. It would be interesting to see to what extent 3DC CAD modeling could replace it. Editable chamfer, filets, surfaces etc would be nice to see in 3DC.
