Radial symetry and better 2D Texture Editor

Radial symetry like in Zbrush or better workflow in 2D Texture Editor room, now when you want you draw displacement in 2D texture editor around cylinder or sphere it doesnt work most of the time.

While one can already do nice things with Warp and Instancing I also would love to see true Radial Symmetry. It's a great feature but it

of course often needs to get a custom pivot set to work properly.

Concerning drawing displacement around Cylinders I long ago already suggested a simpler to use interface, very similar to found in the Retopo-Tools.

Just slice across and then adjust the outcoming closed curve if need be (forget about the Mesh-Creation-Bit in that gif).
