  1. Thx guys, so I need to plane for have the best card on the monitor I use 3d coat (important in the case of a possible futur cintiq). But how does 3d-coat handle a sli config (if it's compatible)? The two cards work on cuda or only one?
  2. I would like to know too how 3d coat handle multiple cg. I'm projecting to get a second nvidia card for use 3 monitors and so i would like to know how it will be used by the program. is it using the one displaying the program? the one specified as primary diplay or the card in the 'first' pcie slot? CUDA isnt written for use multiple tesla cards normaly? (perhaps the cg ones can't handle it).
  3. 235$ isnt the price of the full pro version until 16 oct?
  4. Thanks you guys ; So if i've well understand, if I buy edu now and upgrade it before the 15 oct, it will be 235-99$, and after that 349-99$? You should really put these infos on the "buy page", the only threads found on the forum are years old about that.
  5. Hi every one. I've tested a bit 3d coat early this year but i was in the middle a move to a new home and didn't get really the time to fully test the 30 day evaluation. The voxel sculpting looked nice but since i didn't get the time to try it in my workflow i forgotten about it and kept using zbrush. Now with the launch of the 3.5 i've got really interested by the spaceship vid and hard surface sculpting that give this application. The hability to add/cut/merge models is really great an easier than in zb (the voxel add more freedom). I would like to know if it's possible to get a new 30 day trial or, if i buy an educational licence, is it possible to upgrade it later to a commercial one ? Thanks
