i want to know if i can register my 3D coat on Mac OSX with a windows purchase of 3D coat. I tried it and 3D coat closes and the website says thank you for registering but it never does register.

Hi guys I'm fairly new to 3D coat and i would like to know how you can make "clean" brush strokes such as strait lines or cut out polygons with the use of some kind of ruler/french curve tool. Im trying to make a sword with a blade that has curves and strait lines and i end up just using the normal brush tool but i can never get the lines to look strait or have clean curves because my hands are not very stable. Does 3D coat have a tool like the ones i described? or do you guys end up using another program like maya or blender to make strait lines and basic geometrical shapes?
