  1. OMG YES, it's not 100% but now the uv isn't overlapped with weird artifacts I'll need to keep testing this but I think this is a better fix then I've found, thank-you so much!
  2. Also it says I can only make two more posts until tomorrow including this one so if you have an idea pm me please.
  3. SO to explain this properly I need to also explain what I do. I'm a skin artist for Counter Strike Global Offensive. http://steamcommunity.com/id/slumberknight/myworkshopfiles/ Valve provides all the models/uv sheets that their game uses here http://blog.counter-strike.net/workshop/resources.html This also means I can't modify the actuall UV sheet since the game uses a pre-made setup. The main issue I have is that when certain guns are loaded into 3D coat, there are certain....polygons? that are not registered on the pre-made uv sheet. so 3D Coat being the good guy it is tries to compensate by adding those extra bit unto the uv sheet. the issue though is that it does a really shitty job of it and I don't want it to do that. Is there a setting or option that will stop 3D Coat from adding extra uv artifacts and just use what the model says it has? Examples So here I load the ak-47 models into 3d coat Align it sideways edit projection into Photoshop
