Yep that was it thank you for the help.

Randomly when i am working 3d coat picks up on my wacom pen before i touch the screen and starts to rotate the model really fast to make it stop i have to click on another program. If any one knows how to fix this problem it would be greatly appreciated. I am using a education license and a wacom cintiq 13hd.
