pr1970's post in [Solved] Updated to 2022.55 and lost all my settings/materials/etc was marked as the answer
ok fixed the problem, some reason when upgrading it had created a subfolder (3dcoat) in my data folder and it was using that. Not sure what happened there. Phew!
