  1. Hi Thank you for your support. Yes I did that several times. The issue is when I try to install it doesn't read and install the license serial number. So it stays as a student version I'll try again today of this fresh computer. This issue started in July, and Ive returned to try to get it to install a few times. I bought a brand new version, and it still did the same thing with the second copy I've been talking with Joe 3DCoat Team.
  2. I have been having issues installing 3d Coat. I had it running on a test computer before I decided to 100% jump in to 3d: I set up my Mac to use Bootcamp. I could never get it to receive the serial key, so after the trial date, it reverted to "Learning", which is not the full program. I hired a skilled computer tech, last month, with a long time pro- history, because I'm new to PC. He couldn't get it to install either. Yesterday, I purchased a new computer (windows 11). Today I have a person coming over to help me set everything up. I would love to have support with how it is suggeted that we do this install. I noticed on the purchase receipt, it says this (I removed my private info): To apply the license, please copy the licensing information as is (including the three === symbols at the beginning and the end) and launch 3DCoat Should he include all of the above text, as is, as was sent on my receipt? Should I correct the spelling to Security ? (Im not trying to be rude I promise) I just want to make sure we aim for the best result since I been struggling with install for a while. And that would mean he just copies text to the clipboard, after login and opens the program and it should install? I seem to remember when I login to my account, it doesn't have that full text, my account only shows serial key. We tried all angles and it was still on learning. Please advise and I'll give the info to my computer person. It's out of my ability until I have more time to adjust the new system. Thanks for you help.
  3. Hello, Please have patience while I'm jumping in to PC. I've been a long time Mac user, as was required by my first career. Since I'm moving into the the wild and wonderful land of 3d, I'm day one starting on Windows 11. I was advised that my other programs, need Windows 11 for best integration between programs. I purchased "3DCoat Individual Permanent " in November. Yesterday, I bought my computer which has Windows 11 installed on it. I looked 3d coat requirements again today to double check what the program requires, and saw that the specifications said Windows 10, but I see people using 11? I have a computer person coming over today to install 3d coat for me, while I take my first baby steps. Can someone please tell me if windows 11 will be ok? (I'm hoping the specs are minimum requirements.) Or should I have him to a reboot back to windows 10? Thank you in advance
