A little triangle appeared, but the brush still rotates and only paints inside the triangle.

Just wondering how I can paint on my 3d object with the brush in 2d plain, like in "Edit Projections in Ext. Editor". The brush rotates on with the 3d object (like in picture example1) but I dont want it to do that, how do I make the brush not rotate along the object (like in the picture example2) so I can paint in 2D? Hope you understand, thanks for help.
