I think I'm already using the latest version 4.9.37

I'm trying to make a cut in my model using the closed spline, but for some reason it only works randomly. After I pressed enter: Sometimes it works just fine, usually when I just close the spline without making changes. But most times it just ignores or make these wrong cuts.
