  1. Hello again, I am just trying to get my head around the cloth tool. I have made a basic table and gone with the parameters of Gravity - 9, Friction - 0.6 & Cloth Thickness - 1.0. However I dont get the cloth falling simulation as per youtube videos. Nothing happens, just a spinning wheel. Any help is hugely appreciated...as always. Archie
  2. I am getting the same thing. My laptop is more than capable but 3dc just gets the spinning wheel and i have to force quit. It's really frustrating. Help needed! Thanks in advance.
  3. Thanks for you reply once again Carlosan! Just updated but the same thing is happening. Also nothing came up for Help>Check for updates when I was on 4.9.68 so how am I supposed to know when an update is due. Thanks
  4. I am not sure if its my laptop or not (specs below) but I can't even simulate a cloth over a sphere. I just get a spinning wheel and hear the fan go wild, nothing happens. I am pretty sure this laptop is more than capable? Why wouldn't it be able to simulate this? Thanks! My laptop specs are as follows: MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB

THANK YOU SO MUCH CARLOSAN! You are very helpful and it is great to see how quickly a question is answered. Very promising from a learning point of view.

    autosave crashes 3dcoat everytime

I am now yes...thanks. New problem is how do I migrate my customised UI, hotkeys etc. Definitely took a lot of time to change what the mouse did to suit Blender etc. Thanks again.
  7. Hi, I am new to 3dcoat. However, I am autosave enabled and every time I see the autosave countdown I rush to save my file. If, for some reason I don't see the autosave countdown timer and it beats me to saving then 3dcoat gets the spinnning wheel of death and then crashes. Any help is much appreciated. Archie My laptop specs are as follows: MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB
