Okay, so I went on the "Concepting in 3D Coat" Discord server and described this there. Thanks to some very helpful people on that Server, a few things were clarified.
The year next to my license was when it was bought and not like the version/build/year of the 3D Coat application I am able to download and run
I'm already running 3D Coat 2023 (I use the 3D Coat Update manager to update to the next Stable build as soon as they're available). I got this from the "Help > About 3D Coat" selection in 3D Coat
