I've started testing a new workflow to make terrains with World Machine, where I use 3D Coat to sculpt voxels and export a heightmap. But the sculpting process is kind of slow or sluggish, so I thought it might be because of my CPU.
I've currently got an i5 2500K, 8GB RAM and a GTX Titan 6GB RAM on Windows 8.1 Pro.
It's been a while since I last purchased CPU, but what do you think about the i7 4930K ? Does anyone else use this one with 3D Coat and similar tasks?
