i already did it, and i have try on the second one, but keep didnt work

hi, im new in 3d coat but not in 3d, I have a problem when i start 3d coat, when i import a fbx or obj file, or when i start a new project 3d coat crash 20 seconde later without any error message. I have try to check the anti virus, update my driver, install on my c: disc, I have try all but nothings work. I have a good pc with 32 go of ram, RX 5700xt red devil and other things, so if someone can help me plz
