Hello, No our 3Dcoat client is not seeing the Fserver, please attachments. I have configured the server to run the service, and now can see the licences 100 all in all. I have configured the environment variable to point the client to the server. The client is not claiming a licence. I have emailed support numerous times, and have had no response hence the forums. I have also tested this using our previous v4 licences, and that works, so I know the variable is correct This is getting very frustrating, please advise and provide a step by stepguide to conect 3dcoat client to the fserver please

Hello, We are having an issue getting 3Dcoat connected to our on premise FServer, the supplied documentation appears to be for v4. We have configured the windows variables to point to the server, the ports are unblocked, but it would appear that the client ignores the settings. Please advise thank you

Our establishment has recently purchased several licences for 3DCoat and 3DCoat Textura 2022. Im trying to run Fserver 1.18, and have tried to add all the licences to the request box, however its only accepts one licence. Also when I run localhost:8888 I cannot see the licences, I only see this Connection to global license server status: Connected successfullyGenerated by 3DCoat: FServer 1.18 Windows GUI (64-bit) The port 8888 is open on the server I have emailed support but have yet to receive a reply, can someone advise on how to get this to work, as the documentation isnt very clear.
