Importing TGAs with different purposes

Hi there,

within my game environment I am using TGA textures which hold the color in the diffuse area but the alpha channel is used for reflectivity. It seems that 3D Coat interprets alpha as transparency.

I am storing my textures as jpeg go get around this but is there a way to tell 3D coat it should interpret alpha as something different? Bump Alpha is specularity for me, not bump strength.
