Noisy mesh

Hello Everyone!

I'm Po from San Francisco. I'm new to using 3D Coat so I thought I'd introduce myself here and ask some questions!
I'm trying to blend textures  on a male human. I managed to import my mesh with two UV sets, wasn't a huge problem with trial and error. However, once set up, my mesh now looks noisy (lots of black dots) when I am trying to paint in my viewport. The textures are also 4K in size, they also don't look crisp inside the view port. The textures themselves don't look noisy in the UV editor. Please help!
