Advanced Member Roger_K Posted July 14, 2009 Advanced Member Report Share Posted July 14, 2009 Would it be possible (or is it allready) to load/unload textures to/from VRAM as you are working. In mudbox you are able to hover over the model and 'pick select' textures to remove from ram. when the texture is removed the areas it is on are smooth shaded in blue so you can easilly tell they are unloaded. This really speeds things up when you are working with multiple highres textures. It'd be a gread addition to per pixel painting mode.
